Bumi Mulya beroperasi di bawah kepatuhan ketat UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP).

1. Pengumpulan Data: Kami mengumpulkan nama narahubung, nama perusahaan, email komersial, nomor WhatsApp semata-mata untuk memproses pertanyaan transaksi bisnis-ke-bisnis (B2B).
2. Nol Penjualan Data: Databases rincian kontak importir tidak pernah diperjualbelikan kepada broker iklan luar.
3. Enkripsi: Seluruh log komersial dijamin oleh enkripsi tautan SSL di server kami.
4. Penghapusan: Rekaman pertanyaan diarsipkan maksimal 5 tahun untuk keperluan audit pabean bea cukai RI.

Bumi Mulya operates under strict compliance of Global Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

1. Data Collection: We harvest liaison names, corporate entities, commercial e-mails, and WhatsApp contacts solely to process business-to-business (B2B) trade inquiries.
2. Zero Scraping: We do not resell or export client database lists to third-party marketing brokers.
3. Encryption: Active SSL encryption layers protect our communication logs.
4. Retention: Inquiry records are retained for historical custom compliance purposes up to 5 years, after which they are permanently expunged.
